Milk Bread

INGREDIENTS:
1 cup plus a capful or two of milk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon of butter
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
3 cups of flour
2 teaspoons of yeast

DIRECTIONS:
Add wet ingredients, then dry ingredients
Use 1 1/2 pounds setting
Use white bread setting
Use dark crust setting

Brush with milk before baking cycle begins
